With 7 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, this beautiful home comfortably fits a full family of 8.

The rear of the house has 2 separate porches, each with it’s own entrance into the house. The ground floor holds the Master Suite, located just to the left of the main entry parlor. To the right of the parlor a door leads to a cozy library where the kids will be able to concentrate fully on homework. The spacious kitchen will be a gathering place your entire family will love...The large basement is just begging to be to partied in!! The 2nd floor has 6 roomy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate sets of stairs make it easy to get directly to either the TV room or the kitchen below. With classical architecture and a surprisingly easy-to-play floor plan this house will be the envy of your neighborhood! Located on a 5x5 lot and priced to sell at just $140,939 this beauty won’t last long.

Oh and the CC is mine - I actually made some of my own walls and floors for the first time ever for this lot, they turned out pretty good I think.

-Thanks
