I created this lot to house part of my Royal Family Sims. :D

This mini mansion on a 2x2 lot has 3 levels containing 6 fireplaces, either 5 or 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. The cost is 112,546.

On the lower level is the living room, a bathroom and a large kitchen with eating area.

The second level contains the master suite including bathroom and another bathroom off a room that can be treated as a study or another bedroom.

The third level is the nursery level, containing 4 bedrooms and three baths.

Inspired by pictures I've seen of Highgrove, where the Prince of Wales lives with his sons.
