To start off, this is my first upload so any feedback is appreciated as to better my future uploads.

This is a great family home for those with 3 (or, with renovations, 4) members. This home was made on a 2x3 lot and costs $59,412.

This house was made with University, Nightlife and requires the EPs to work properly.
