This colonial home is great for the sim with lots of money to blow and a sense of style. I built it after a floor plan I found on a home design site. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a playroom, a study, an indoor hot tub, a small pond with a bridge, an exercise room with "inspirational" pictures...basically everything your sim could need. The home is fully furnished, but you can change whatever you'd like! I tried to only use maxis objects but couldn't resist using this beautiful tuscan kitchen set by phoenix_phaerie. It is a 4x3 lot. The cost of the home is 236,657...I know it's a little high, but luxury comes at a high price! Please enjoy.
