Presenting the third house in the River Rock Residences Series - 1 River Rock High Street. I was trying for a New York Brownstone type home but the lots aren't narrow enough for what I had in mind. But I am extremely pleased by the way this new home turned out. I hope you are too.

Is your sim constantly disappointed by the homes available Downtown? Well, they'll be very pleased with this luxurious home. Although this home sits right on the street the noise of traffic does not penetrate the specially designed soundproofed windows.
