Cameron "Buck" Williams ~ From Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins novel "Left Behind"

Hi there,

I have been completely obsessed by the book series called “Left Behind”, by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. As such, I decided that I would create my interpretation of the novels characters in Sims!

The series is based around the pivotal characters of Rayford Steele, Chloe Steele, Cameron “Buck” Williams and Bruce Barnes, amongst others, who are going about their lives when millions of people, including all children, disappear. They all have links to people who have disappeared and the conviction grows in some of them that it is the "Rapture", when God takes his true believers from the Earth. When God exhibits his last efforts to turn mankind to him.

Further changes start to happen such as power shifting into the hands of a small group led by the slick Romanian politician Nicolae Jetty Carpathia, who uses their resources to go from obscurity to world domination through first, the United Nations and later, ‘The Global Community’. These events start to convince the group that what they have experienced is an "Act of God" and that they are about to enter a period that the Bible has called the Tribulation, which lasts 7 years.

Understanding his mistake, Rayford Steele becomes a believer and helps his daughter Chloe and journalist Buck Williams find God and join a community of tribulation saints. Gradually it is confirmed that mankind is facing the fulfillment of various Biblical prophecies which will consist of judgments which develop into consistently worse situations, including a worldwide earthquake; the outbreak of World War 3; famine and plagues; etc. They progressively kill off over half the population of the world, until it ultimately culminates in the Glorious Appearing where Jesus Christ will return to build his kingdom on Earth.

This Sim is Cameron “Buck” Williams, who is described as being in his “early thirties; senior writer for Global Weekly; witnessed Carpathia's murderous rise to power; new member of New Hope's core group, Mount Prospect, Illinois”.

Anyway, I’ve put a lot of effort into these characters and I hope you guys enjoy them!
