My first upload, I hope someone likes it!

I've been creating a whole new neighborhood and I needed lots of starter homes, and I thought some of them came out quite nicely so I would share them for anyone who doesn't like building.

This is an attractive cottage style starter home, priced at $19 953.
It has:
-One bedroom, with a double bed
-One bathroom, with a bath/shower, toilet and basin
-Kitchen, with plenty of bench space, fridge, oven, food processor, sink and dining area
-Living area, with bookcase, chair, sofa and tv
-Attractive entrance hall

Its is on a small 2x2 lot, fenced, with no driveway or garage.

I haven't used any custom content and its decorated in neutral tones that you can keep or change to suit your sims. Its been checked with Clean Installer Enjoy!!
