Another home from Silversong Creations.

Property Size - 3x3
Price - 131,099

This is an unusual for me, a fully furnished home.

1 bedroom, 1 bath with a courtyard livingroom, small pool, 1 car garage, and kitchen.

It is furnished to the point of having a sports car in the garage, as well as an assortment of workbenches.

I hope you enjoy. I've already installed an alarm system, because with the way I built the house, most of it is still technically outside. I did this on purpose. Also, I did use items from GLS and possibly from FFS, so you will need one or both stuff packs as well.
