It's a 'Garden' CAS!
You need Nightlife to let this CAS! work correctly.
You need to download one custom content item:
Empty CAS screen by windkeeper: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=162363
You need this one: wind_CASinvisibleobjects.package
The other objects are all Maxis'.
