Hack free. Played, Tested with CleanInstaller,I have FFS in my computer for the Pets version.


This is a house inspired by the 70's "modern" architecture. It is landscaped to be near a river or a coast like bluewater or numerous of my coastal neighbourhood.

It is mainly oriented to the rear, where is the sun, with the outside dining room; it also change me a bit from the front gardens.
Inside, the first floor is a triple leveled huge room with kitchen, dining and living room,
...There is also an office for the computer and the TV room.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with private bathroom

-*- The unfurnished version is OFB built and packaged because there are no sufficient building improvement with the EP4 and more members can use it. I thank again Numenor for the BaseGameStarter *PRO*, this awesome program allowed me to do it with this version.
-*- The furnished version is completely Maxis furnished with Pets and FFSstuff (explain the narrow sizes of the files). Because I always prefer make (and download) ready to play lots. I noted it OFB because the main is the building, no ?
I let the maxis car...because I forgot it and I was too lazy to remove it
