Hello all

Hey all since i have been on here for some time now i thought i would make something EXCLUSIVE TO MTS2! you will not find this anywhere else :D

Today i bring to you a all new Rock, Marble and Pebble fountain, perfect for any home, it is even proven to heal stress from those worried sims. Pure rock and expensive marble covered with the rarest pebbles makes this fountain a masterpiece. Your sims will utterly enjoy it, so what you waiting for get your slice of heaven today.

Is this fountain fully functional?

YES this fountain is fully functional and has the same properties as any fountain.

Does this fountain need any EP's?

Yes this fountain is EP ready and requires the University EP..
