This is just a chalenge I made for my niece, a liveable starter for 6 sims with the basegame and without custom content, so there is no free homecrafter stuff...I think I win ! I had this starter since months and vio1ette requested a 3 bedrooms starter...so i re-did it.

In the neighbourhood view you can compare it size with the Gothiks's home.


The house is built along a river IN a basement for the ground floor where you find the community room with kitchen dining places and TV/reading corner. Upstairs there are the 3 double beddrooms and the two outside terrasses (one with a barbecue).


I give all my thanks to Andi8104 for the lot reduction and to MaryLou for the basegame version of the lot. I dont forget Numenor for the BaseGameStarter that allow me to build it in Base Game version.
