*By request* A European pharmacy sign that lights up...

This is an answer to a request for a pharmacy sign. I have only seen this kind of sign once in my life when I was in Spain, so, hopefully, this is accurate. It works just like a light, allowing you to turn it on and off and, to the best of my knowlege can be used in businesses. You will find it in decorative under wall hangings. I hope that some of you will find this useful. This has been tested with the base game and is working.
