This is my first upload, it is mainly based on a very welcoming house I used to visit in my childhood. Based on a medium 2x3 lot it is best for a couple or small family I would think, the price of this home is around 57,500 simoleans. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining room, a living area and a kitchen, all of these furnished with mainly items from the original game and cleaninstalled. Also a medium garden with a pond, very colourful.

This lot may or may not require all the expansions listed, these are the ones I have so it is likely items will not all be from original game only.
