The Bearded Glorgax is a wise and gentle beast. The Glorgax has large feet for stability, a wide bony nose that protects its small eyes, and a beard that keeps dust from its mouth. In Mendark mythology, the Bearded Glorgax was said to be a symbol of wisdom that came forth form the misty plains to aid wayward travelers.
