Two bedroom, single storey starter home with garage on a 3x2 lot for 19874 simoleons (okay, not quite under 20k)! Fully decorated and furnished with Maxis items.

I have put the great invisible driveway by roddyaleixo (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875 - thanks for making it roddyaleixo!) in this lot but this particular recolour wont include itself in my file, so download it from this link and use the recolour tool to apply it, then you will see the driveway match the path and pavement.
