I like to think this house is an improvement from my first, screenshots & all. Took me awhile to do this house w/ all the details and such. This house is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house(3 upstairs, 1 downstairs). It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, study (or can be used as a 4th room), attached garage and pool. Im uploading an unfurnished version, that includes all of the house, fireplace in living room, garage, pool, wallpapers and floors and landscaping for $65,706. The furnished version is completely furnished from top to bottom, including curtains, decorative items and much needed plumbing and appliances, and furniture in every room, garage, and pool and patio furniture for $150,937. Both versions are on a 3x4 Lot and they require all expansion packs and Glamour Life and Family Fun Stuff Packs. Neither furnished or unfurnished contain any custom content. I hope you enjoy!!
