As stated this is a new siding, textured vinyl siding, created by me. I haven't seen it in the UK, but it's all over the US. Vinyl siding with a wood like texture to it. Now available for your sims in 30 colors! Some more fabulous than others. Some are perfect to annoy the neighborhood snob or rebel against the local condo association. Others just look really nice in the game.

Please let me know if there are other colors you'd like or feel free to recolor them yourself and share them here or any other free site. I think I covered a pretty wide variety. I left out pink and purple deliberately because... well it just makes me cringe to see pink and purple used on the exterior of a house. Maybe some day.

I finished these up and did all the typing with an enormous bandage on my right index finger (kitchen accident) so please forgive typos. It's not very easy to type (or use the mouse) without the use of my right index finger not to mention very time consuming.
