This is a wall speaker for your community lots that plays the Jazz station. I don't know why Maxis didn't include one of these, but they didn't, so I've made one. Includes dark wood (default) and light wood (recolor) finishes. I originally made them as a supplement to my series of Starbucks items.

Requires Nightlife, because when I modified the BHAV, I used the new values that were introduced for Nightlife. This means that it should be forward-compatible with all future expansion packs.
