Tis' the Seasons...ah really bad pun. Okay couldn't resist building a community lot with the new ep, the pool tool alone was worth the effort. Anyway this is a place where your Sims can hang out, go skating, swimming, fishing, rollerskating or just hang out in the clubhouse in front of the fireplace and have a hot chocolate and kick back. The lot is also pet friendly.
