Welcome to three garden Apartments with a shared rooftop patio. They mimic each other in layout but each has its own unique charms. This old Mill out-building is all that’s left of the great Fulling family’s vast manufacturing empire, and subsequently, their fortune. The widow Fulling saw opportunity and converted the dilapidated building into 3 lovely garden apartments. The landscaping is not quite complete and the old building sure does creak, but to a lucky few, this piece of SimCity history will be home.



Apt #1:
1 bedroom
1 bath
Combined living room/dining area/kitchen.
Rear garden with lovely rosebushes abloom. Good for 1-2 Sims.

Apt #2:
2 bedrooms
2 baths
Eat in kitchen
Living room
Rear garden with box hedges lining the patio and alley wall. Good for 1-4 Sims.

Apt #3:
1 bedroom
1 bath
Combined kitchen/dinging area/living room. Good for 1-2 Sims.
Rear garden with a few shrubs and plants.

UPDATE: After Apartment Life you do not need a mod. Simply change the doors and section off the shared patio area)


I would suggest using the tenant/landlord mod available on MTS2 somewhere to use this as a true apartment building. Otherwise perhaps using it for generational households would be the next best use. All three have private access to the roof from inside. Watch your step near the edge as there are no safety rails
