Here is my new lot, which i have been working on for about a week!

Furnished: Yes, with only Maxis contents
Played/tested: Yep, it plays fine

This mansion has room for 8 sims, the bedrooms are on the two top floors, there are 3 floors altogether. Has many rooms, which include a library, bowling room, poker room, and a large swimming pool. The mansion is ready for a family to move in, whether they are a big family, a small family, or a family in the making. The master bedroom is big enough to have a crib and changing station for any babies that are born, and there is plenty of room for if your sim lady (or ladies) have twins to take care of.

The three pictures that show the plan may not show much of the content inside, so i have put the plan picture of a room with the other pictures (with the plan pictures, i had to take lots of pictures so some may not match up 100% along the lines, but i have tried my best!)
