This is Cecilia the Tigress, a strange alien-like anthro sim who recently moved in to Strangetown.

Cecilia's origin is unknown, as she constantly explains herself with stories that seem to contradict each other. At the very least, if she comes from another planet as she claims, it is an extremely odd and complicated one.
Cecilia has very cat-like instincts, and has a strong love for sunshine. She finds the real cats of the Sim world to be under-evolved, but often communicates them and cares for them nonetheless. She doesn't seem to understand the concept of "clothing", but at least she is so furry that there is nothing to be seen as objectional. Cecilia is playful, and she very much hates colonge, as the scent is overpowering and disgusting to her. She often changes her hairstyle, but she always keep her hair in some sort of black style with bangs.


NOTE: I included a simple barbie version recolor of one of Louis's fantastic skintones. Please note that I didn't make the texture used, its just a recolor.
