My first house I've deemed worthy of submission, so let me know if I need to fix anything. This is a cute little country home, using the new Maxis Country style furnishings. I was trying to go for something that looked like people would actually live there, since a lot of expensive lots are really unique and fancy; it kind of got a bit more expensive than the starter home I'd intended, at which point I decided to fully furnish so it'd look nice instead of worrying about the price.

Seasons is definitely required, but I'm not sure if I used anything from previous EPs. Since I have them all (no SPs) I ticked them all, but if you want to try, I'm about 90% sure it won't need Pets, and maybe 70-80% sure it'll work without OFB, NL, or Uni (but might be missing some things).
