2x3 Lots 2 Storey, 2 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms - Unfurnished Starter Home costing a mere 16+ simeleon.

I build this house with the style of Haksenhausen Roof - the smaller protruding second tier roof. (please see the pictures below)

This house is unfurnished and not decorated, however there is a furnished and decorated version of the same that cost 100 simeleon. hahaha

hope you like it, I love it very much because it is easy to play your sims in them as the ground floors uses the "loft" style - no walls except the toilet.

Build this with season installed. All maxis building materials.
