it has 9 flats, 3 on each floor and 2 of the top 3 have balconies, the other balcony is part of the hallway
Each flat has a dorm door so you can make it your own room or flat so no-one comes in! 
on the bottom floor you have to lock the back doors as well! Here it is from the front:
