Modern Manor

This is my first upload, i've got loads of lots i would love to upload but unfortunatly most of them have lots of custom content

The lot is kinda based on the beautiful house featured in phoenix_phaerie's Modern Georgian Manor Set, so because she could not upload it i wanted to try my version of it. It's no where near as good as the one in the pic but i still like it.
