Don't you hate it when you start a sim family, or your sim is finished uni they live in a big, but empty house. Give your sims a chance with starting small in your (maybe crampted) town!!

This is a 1x1 lot and there will be more this week.(after that I'll upload the bigger houses) I let my sims start in a 1x1 house, and if they earn enough money they move!

There ar no walls or furniture in this house, so can place them to your own taste.
