Hey there. I have finally got this up. It's named after Jayurban12's amazing sim 'Antwone'. Here is a link. It is built 'Underground', it has a few tables for a restaurant, a dance floor and 'DJ box' and a bar. I'll say now that most of my lots from now on will be urban lots so I'm looking forward to that.

It is a community lot so no knowledgeable price.
