rebecah unfortunately passed away in Jan 2024. She was a profilic creator and will be missed by the whole community both here and at AffinitySims.
Update 6/20/07
Added an invisable counter door requested by mohmama3. This is a recolor of the counter door with sides.

This counter door is an item requested by Clark06. I though it was a great idea and useful item it works as a lockable counter. I also created an invisiable fence to allow for the lockable counter to be placed.

Sims that have access ie not locked out, do have to walk through it as I'm not able to created animations. It works better than having to create a wall and door to keep others out from behind the counters.

I created 2 version one with the sides and one without to work better with the cafeteria style counters. They have different gui so that you can use both versions.

To install you need to place a one tile invisable fence then place the counter door.

The lower left hand corner seems to be the best area to catch the lock pie.



The counter door in this photo is from my attempt to use the repository technique but found it to be much darker than my recolors so I scratched that idea.


The counters are found under gates and the invisable fence is found with fences. I can't remember the exact price but all three are just over $100 simoleons.

I also created a few recolors, I spent hours trying to get the colors to match the counters but to no avail. They are as close as I could get them. Maybe someone else can come up with some better recolors.

I hope some of you can use this item.
