I created this Starter Farm for all those Farmer Sims stuck with only $20,000 to get started with. Now his/her dreams of owning a farm can all come true. This Small Farm is a cute little fully furnished 2 story farmhouse with living room and kitchen on 1st floor and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the 2nd floor. The yard is completely fenced in with a small pond for fishing, 1 apple tree, 1 orange tree, 1 lemon tree, and a 4x4 plot of gardening soil. Your struggling Farmer Sim will thank you.
