This is the 9th home in my British new-build series. It is set over 3 floors, just like The Walnuts, but this time has just a single garage, and 5 bedrooms rather than 6. The lot is also smaller and the house looks slightly different. All this makes it more affordable.

The main features are the 3 main bedroom suites, each with built in storage and en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 further bedrooms, 2 further bathrooms. There is a large rear garden and a pleasant front lawn.
