Well here is one i made in a short time. On this one I tried mostly to make it practical for sims. The rooms can vary on anything you need as you can see in the pics of the floorplan below. I was going for all the bedrooms to be located upstairs. Mom and Dads room in the center with their bathroom looking over the pool and deck on the 2nd lvl. The kids rooms would be the ones off to the side from the larger center room with their bathrooms also located further toward the back of the 2nd lvl. Then the kitchen and dining rooms on the 1st floor and then the living room would be in the middle of the 1st floor then there is the entrance to the stairs and the main door. Speaking of doors, there are alot of doors and windows and they are close in appearance. As for the outside its not very busy at all. I started the decor on the front yard and left each of the sides and the back up to you. I did this just to keep the cost down which again with this lot being a 5x6 and just as is with simple flooring and walls still came out to 204k. I was hoping to make it a cheaper lot but I cant build small. I try but it just grows and grows. Maybe i should force myself to work on a smaller lot to start. Ohwell, here she is and enjoy.
