Colegio Mayor is a luxury dorm for young adults going to college! Up to 8 students can apply for 5 bedrooms 2 great bedrooms and 1 mini-apartment.

1st FLOOR:

Hall, library, leisure room and outdoors.

The library has desks with computers, besides a big table to make homework and research. It also provides the students with a bathroom and a relax room with comfortable seats and a fridge, microwave and coffee maker so they can study all night without going too far.

The leisure room is quite big and it's great to relax, have fun and make friends. Comfortable sofas, pool, TV, chess, pinball, etc. There's also a bar with drinks, cofee and microwave.


The outdoors on the back include a pool, a stage for concerts and a dancefloor.


2nd FLOOR

Dorms, common room, bathrooms/showers, dining room and balcony.

There are five 4x4 bedrooms, with a bed and a desk or closet. There are also two 5x5 bedrooms (perfect if the student likes buying lots of stuff) and one mini-apartment with bathroom (toilet, shower, sink and mirror), table, chair, fridge and microwave.

Close to the bedrooms there's the common room with tables, computers, seats, TV, hi-fi, cofee maker, fridge and microwave.


The dining room is where the students have their main meals. It also includes bar service. From the dining room you can reach the balcony, with gym machines and a telescope.

ROOF

Fountains and a spa. Great for relaxing!
