Greetings

I bring you something that i have worked on for a while.I present my unusual beach home



This sandy terrain home features lots of hedges, tall palm trees and a tall fence

First Story:

.2 Large bedrooms at 2 ends of the house just under the skywindow.
.A Large open area to do with how ever u like eg. if u have open for business a small businnes area.
.Bathroom
.Hallway to bedroom and bathroom.
.Outiside is a pretty undercover outside dining area.





Secong Story:
.Kitchen with up-to-date equipment.
.Dining are suitable for large crowds.
.Modest loungeroom with decortaive paintings and furniture.
. Ouside is a covered patio for those who like there sims to have a view



*NOTES*

.Cheats used boolprop constrainfloorelevation true/false Snapobjectstogrid false/true and Moveobjects true/false

.It may require university for those who only have basegame.

.The secong story patio cannot have furniture on it due to the wall height.

.Lots of room for growth and can have garage/driveway if u delete the fence.

.Open for businnes people could use the large room downstairs for there own small business.
