This is my blond recolor of xmsimshair27 (as it was called when I first downloaded it,.. now it's xmsimshair 12) for all ages.
I don't have University, but it works for young adults, too for certain.

special:

When you use the original hair by xmsims, the Elder don't have white/silver hair.
That's what I don't really like about the original hair
BUT: When you're using my version you'll see that the elder actually do have white/silver hair : :D
