It is the "Alpine" variant of Sims State Library (community lot). My Sims State University is there where all year winter and a lot of snow. In library there is "observatory", 2 book-depositories, a reading room, a computer class and a dining room (cafe).
Lot is furnished with maxis stuff. Wall by JLonier is included in lot. You also should have in yours game remarkable Animated/Functional Value Vending Machine by pacotacoplayer.
