The PERFECT Starter Home

This home is based on my actual house. There had to be some changes to make it (slightly) better! It is small, so be forewarned. When you move your *ahem* less-than-rich sims in, they'll still have money to live on until the job offers start pouring in!



There are:
2 bedrooms (I set one up as an office, as that's how my actual house is set up.) There is no computer in the office, but you can buy that with your hard-earned simoleans!
1 full bath
living room
kitchen

This house is FULLY furnished and totally decorated. It even comes with a tv, radio, phone, smoke alarm, alarm clock, armoire, stove, refrigerator, trash can, and bookshelf.
As a bonus, the tile floor in the bathroom was designed by ME! It's a minty tile with a hint of a top border, just to add some interest as there are no grout lines.

This lot was checked using the clean installer, and the only custom content is the bathroom tile I just mentioned.

Many thanks to all the wonderful folks here on MTS2 who've posted tutorials that are fabulously written and so easy to follow! Without them, I'd have the same boring old floors/wallpapers/groundcover that came with the game! (Most of which is great, but you get tired of the same old thing day after day.)
