The Neos is a near Maxis only modern lot, I played more with the boolprop CFE cheat than with the download folder to make it.

It is built on a small hill with a basement entrance (enlargable) with multiple levels and terraces..


The last level is for the two bedrooms, one main and one furnished for two teens, each with private bathroom and terrace (one with spa)
Downstairs, you have first the dining room with 2 terraces. then a large living room in a suspended room over the swiming pool

The unfurnished version is the "The Neos -UNF-.rar file
All the house is decorated in black and white with maxis stuff except :
