"LBFBuyableVoodooDoll" allows you to buy Mr Mickles Doll, you can find it under "decoration - misc." .

"LBFmorepowerfullvoodoo" is a mod which increase the Doll powers ( see pictures ). I increased "cool down", "warm up", "stinkify", "saturate", "romance"( ), "shake up" ( ) and "friendship"( ) powers.
I don't really think it is necessary to do so with the "agitate" interaction which is rather useless ...
