'Fresh Wintergreen' Mid-Priced Family Home (Furnished and Not)

I wanted to make some really cute starter homes for you all, but they are actually harder than they look to make. I started to have WAY to much fun with the roof on this one, thats how it ended up being three floors.

So though its a "failed" attempt, its actually a really pretty home. The house is decorated in a modern style, very stereotypical black and white. The first floor contains the entryway, two sitting areas, patio, dining room, kitchen, and garage (unfurnished).

The second floor has a large hallway that is used as more public space, a balcony, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms have been left unfurnished, I'm sure you can make them into prettier bedrooms than I did in the pictures, if not, use my pictures as a guide ;-). I really like the silly little balcony on the second floor, even though its not really all that usable with the columns taking up so much of the little space.

The third floor was left empty. When I first built the house I turned it into an office/study on one end and entertainment/tv room on the other. (see pics) I've also included pictures of what it could look like if you chose to furnish it as a nursery, home gym, band practice room, and game room. The third floor is very versatile, it could even be made into another bedroom with its own bathroom.

Take a good look at the floor plan picture. It is accurate as to which of the rooms in the furnished version are still unfurnished.
