The Maria Retreat



What began as a small rustic bungalow has become a beautiful retreat! If your sim is tired of the city life, but not ready to give up on luxury,
then move her into the Maria Retreat today! The striking combination of wook framing, shingles, ivy and stained glass
creates a truly remarkable cabin exterior.

A large master suite with bath and walk-in closet provides plenty of space for the homeowners, and both the existing study and upstairs rec
room could easily be converted into extra bedrooms if needed. Speaking of the rec room, I'm very proud of this spacious loft! The
Maria is actually a one floor structure, with the rec room built into the attic space -- so no bulky second floor!

The Maria is partially furnished with Maxis content. Don't be scared by the long list of custom content! It's not really that much! Custom
Content which comes with the download includes Zelia Theb's extraordinary Climbing Ivy decoration and recolors, as well as sophisim's
recolor of Numenor's chimney recolors (no more ugly red brick fireplace chimneys!).

It is built with only the base game and NIGHTLIFE EP, and as always, should work for slower systems.
If you experience some lag, try removing the pathway borders.
