Hey guys, this is my first started home, hopefully first of many. It comes at $19,360 and works well with two adults and one child. I have it admit it's needs a bit of design sensibility, but if you are looking for a fully functional lot, this is it. It needs seasons to work, and MAY require open for buisness, but I'm not entirely sure. Now for the stats:
2 bedroom
1 bath
1 living room
1 eat in kitchen.

EDIT: I have checked, and i am now 100% sure you DONT need OFB, but Seasons is STILL required.
