Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.



This house has:
- 3 or 4 bedrooms and 3 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: early american (according to globalhouseplans.com which also has the houseplan)
