These blueprint tiles were made by my daughter and myself (PeachyFiend and Tulipmama) to have a no-cost way to plan construction once sims are on the lot and paying for all the changes.
The tiles can be found under miscellaneous flooring. As these are just repainted and put into the game with homecrafter, they should be usable form the base game on up.
We kept the tile set small as we didn't want our flooring folder filled up with blueprint tiles.
