This is a house for a Plantsim. It's pretty basic, cause plantsims are pretty basic, but it can easily be furnished to handle non-plantsim family or friends. Theres no CC except two terrain paints, I woulda removed them but I heared it was bad to do that with clean installer, sorry *Edit* tried it, seems to be ok, so now its really no CC. If anyone has any problems with ti let me know right away so I can put the old version back >_>
