This is from one of my other neighbourhoods, The Paradise Estate. It is based around what we call a Stately Home in England, ie a very large, classically styled house with extensive grounds.

Well Paradise Hall (which you'll be seeing soon hopefully) is the family home of the Featherstonehaugh (pronounced Fanshaw) clan. Unfortunately times being what they are for the upper classes, Simon the current owner has had to sell off most of the land just to keep up repairs on the family pile.

What you see here is the old gate house for the estate, complete with tower and lovingly renovated by the owners. Inside it has all mod cons and is fully furnished, ready to move in.
