Two cheap unfurnished two-storeyed houses, with a cellar for pool, a place for garage, and a puddle in which the fish is found.

3x1 House

Having lodged in this house you at once can get such necessary things as: Moderate Fridge, Moderate Stove, Trash Compactor, cosy bed, soft sofa, computer, TV and all necessary for the beginning career.
Here an example of a lay-out for 19462$ (including cost of the house).
Tested in game. Two owners and two visitors go freely (not stamping against each other legs).

2x2 House

This house has turned out unexpectedly large. I regret that have not constructed it, when I searched for suitable habitation for Ottoman family.


You can plan the second floor of both houses yourself (if it is necessary).
