I had a request the other day to make my "Small Street" houses available again that I used to have on the exchange. Actually, this house is the only one of the series still available there, but I went ahead and rebuilt it and improved it as well. It is for the base game only now. I widened the driveway and garage so that if you have Nightlife, a driveway will fit nicely. If you use the "moveobjects on" cheat, you can also place an extension in the garage for another vehicle to park. Obviously, to put in the garage door you will have to remove the 5 little windows. You should not need "moveobjects on" to place the door, and the wall distortions next to the garage door area will not affect its placement. I recommend using the invisible driveway & extension recolors by roddyaleixo.

I did do something a little experimental with Lot Expander to enable me to enclose the fireplace chimney. I have built one square closer to the edge than normally possible. Hopefully, this will not cause any game issue for you. I don't think it will, as long as you don't try to remove or rebuild the outside wall of the chimney. The reason I built it that way was because a graphical glitch was making the chimney look broken into two pieces. This was caused because I raised the foundation by 2 "clicks" to allow light into the basement. Do not try to do anything to the fireplace except recolor it. If you move it, the original chimney will poke out above the one I built and it will look silly. You may be able to simply "undo" this, or you may have to exit without saving. Rebuilding it will take using Lot Expander and knowing how to use it.
If it just scares you to try the lot, let me know. I could offer the lot without the fireplace, and you could choose whether or not to have a broken-looking chimney.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
Feel free to use my lots in any stories or movies you make. You may use my recolors, walls, floors, etc. that I have made in any lots that are uploaded here or to other free sites. Giving credit is always thoughtful on your part, and appreciated by me. I ask that you don't re-upload my lots anywhere, or claim them as your own.
Keep in mind that if you download a lot and it doesn't work: (a) make sure you have the required EPs and SPs, and (b) try to download again because sometimes downloads get errors in the downloading process and can't be extracted for that reason.
Flooding sometimes occurs when you place a lot with a basement in a very flat neighborhood. Just like in real life, you need to place the lot on higher ground to avoid having the basement filled with water.
My Schools
My school lots are houses. I can do nothing to make them work like schools for you because the game just doesn't see them as schools. Even if you change them to community lots, they will still not be schools. This is not my fault - blame Maxis/EA. If you want to play one of my lots as a school, leave it as a residential lot and use Inge's hacks from Simlogical here:

Simlogical's forum for Sims 2 is here:

P.S. I am sorry, but I'm not Inge, and I don't offer support on running a school. Please politely ask questions at the forums on Simlogical for support on using her awesome school hacks.
