This lot is from my New England Village, I didn't get it finished in time for the Challenge so I'm submitting just one of the lots instead.

One stop shopping at it's basic best, just about everything you need all in one place.

Two versions, one for residential so your sim can run it as a business, there is a small apartment on the second floor for a single sim, and a commercial version if you just want to take your sim to do some shopping.

Lot is 2x2 and needs to be placed on a corner, this is a cleaned version of the Broke lot originally from Pleasantview. I like the way it fits on a street corner with access to the street from 2 sides so I kicked the Broke family off and cleaned the lot.
